I have been driven to be better since I was probably 12 years old. This is when my father had a career change from working at the family farm to long-haul truck driving. This had him away from home for 2 weeks at a time and home for 3 days. You grow up pretty fast when you have to help out around the house (I was the oldest).
This experience in my life created a reason for me to grow as a person and contribute to something other than myself. It has been one of my most powerful motivators and is completely relationship based, in this case for my family. This carried over into my adulthood and has served me well in times when I didn't feel like taking action.
I am happy to share that with you in today's video, and I want to encourage you to find the relationships that are most important in your life so that you can focus on creating more memories. That carries you much further than any amount of income will.
If you stop searching and start living for those moments and memories in your life you will find everything you need in being.
