I found the S.A.V.E.R.S model to be one of my favorite. I decided to stick with this routine for a month to test it out, I have of course made a couple simple changes for my preference and I can't imagine what it was like before doing it.

I have found myself to have more focus, energy, clarity on what I enjoy doing on a daily basis, fewer body aches and pains. The benefits have given me support through times of stress and allow me to have a method for success on a daily basis.

If you struggle to be inspired in what you do, then consider becoming more clear with it through a morning routine. At the end of the day, you want to be productive and celebrate the successful day of activity in your daily life.
