It's Absolutely Important You Learn How To Connect With People.

There are many different ways to start conversations with people in order to see if your network marketing business is a fit. The truth about your network marketing: not everyone is a fit for you to work with. The wonderful thing about building your own business is that you decide who you want to work with.

When connecting with people you will have to have some consistency to make sure you really get to know the people you want to surround yourself with. One of my favorite systems to follow is F.O.R.M- this is a common system to follow which will allow you to connect with people and see whether you are a fit to work together or if they would make a great customer.

FORM is used to determine what motivates a person so you can make connects on their interests, If you add value into someones daily living this will allow you to both line up and share your opportunity.

F Stands For Family!

Everyone makes decisions that will be in the interest of their family, wouldn't it help to know more about a person and their family... Maybe there are some problems you can help solve or maybe way that you can enhance their families life.

When people are responsible for more than themselves, they tend to have more consideration for the future.

O Stands For Occupation!

It is important to know what people currently do for a living it will help you understand the skill sets that they might have.

It can determine what circle of people they have around themselves, maybe what they are passionate about. How much freedom they might have or want in their life.

R Stands For Recreation!

What do they do for fun? When you get to know people it's important to know what interests them.

I would recommend looking for people that share similar interests this will help you have a lot more common ground. Honestly, if you don't have much in common with someone, how will you be able to enjoy your time working with them?

M Stands For Money!

Do you have money to start a business? Do they need more money in their life? What kind of things to they do with their money? Does this person have stress in life because of money? When you're connecting with people this may be a sensitive subject, however it is a very important subject that sometimes gets overlooked with many people.

When it comes to building a network marketing business, I would compare it to build a community. You decide what the core values of the people you bring around you are, some people don't stick around and that is normal. Sometimes people are not ready for a change and they want to hang on to their current story in life so they never feel like they fit in.

At the end of the day, when you use FORM, you'll be able to quickly establish if the person you are talking to is a fit with your community! There is nothing more powerful than bringing a group of like-minded people together and creating a culture that helps everyone achieve more in their life.
